Routine residential cleaning that keeps an occupied home fresh between visits: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, and floors, done to a published checklist.
Who it's for
Standard Cleaning is our everyday house cleaning service. It's built for homes that are already cleaned regularly and need consistent upkeep rather than a catch-up on months of buildup.
It works well as a one-time refresh before guests arrive, or on a recurring schedule of weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, consider starting with a Deep Cleaning so later visits can focus on maintenance.

Our standard checklist for Standard Cleaning covers:
- Dust reachable surfaces, shelves, and décor
- Wipe kitchen countertops, sink, and appliance exteriors
- Clean and sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, and bathroom sinks
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces at reachable height
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Make beds (linen changes available as an add-on)

- Inside Oven: Degrease and wipe the oven interior and racks.
- Inside Refrigerator: Empty-shelf wipe-down of the refrigerator interior.
- Inside Kitchen Cabinets: Wipe the interior of empty kitchen cabinets.
- Interior Windows: Interior glass, sills, and tracks within safe reach.
- Interior Blinds: Dust and wipe interior blinds.
- Baseboards: Hand-wiped baseboards throughout the home.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold (price per load, machines on site).
- Changing Bed Linens: Fresh linens put on beds (your linens, price per bed).
- Additional Rooms: Office, den, finished basement, or bonus room. Priced per room using the additional-room rate.
Not included
For safety and quality reasons, the following are outside the scope of this service:
- Inside appliances and cabinets (available as add-ons)
- Exterior windows
- Heavy buildup or post-construction dust
- Biohazards, bodily fluids, or pest infestations
- Mold remediation
- Exterior windows or work above safe ladder height
- Moving furniture or items heavier than one person can safely lift
- Hazardous chemicals or specialty surface restoration

How pricing works
Your price is calculated transparently, and you see it before we ask for any contact information.
- Cleaning type first. The price starts with the type of cleaning you choose.
- Square footage sets the size. The estimate then adjusts for your home's square footage.
- Rooms only when they go beyond the usual. Each size range already covers a typical number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Rooms are only added when your home has more than that, so you're never charged twice for the same space.
- Everything shown line by line. Extras and any recurring discount appear as separate lines, so you can see exactly what makes up your total.
Choosing a weekly, every-2-weeks, or every-4-weeks schedule applies a per-visit recurring discount, shown in your estimate. Picking a schedule is a preference, not a subscription, and it never sets up automatic billing.
Your estimate is based on the information you provide. We review every request, and if anything about the scope or price needs to change, we contact you first.
