Deep Cleaning Services
A more detailed, top-to-bottom clean for built-up dirt and the areas regular cleaning skips, from baseboards and vents to backsplashes and grout.
Who it's for
Deep Cleaning is the right choice when a home needs more than routine upkeep. Our professional cleaners spend more time on detail work: the edges, ledges, and surfaces that collect dust and grime over time.
Customers often book it for a first visit, a seasonal refresh, before or after hosting, or when a home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while. After a deep clean, many homes can be kept up with Standard Cleaning.
What's included
Our standard checklist for Deep Cleaning covers:
- Everything in Standard Cleaning
- Hand-wipe baseboards
- Detailed dusting of door frames, light switches, and vents
- Scrub bathroom tile and grout buildup (surface level)
- Degrease kitchen backsplash and range hood exterior
- Wipe cabinet fronts and handles
- Detail window sills and ledges
Checklists reflect our standard scope; your confirmation email reflects the final agreed scope.

How pricing works
Your price is calculated transparently, and you see it before we ask for any contact information.
- Cleaning type first. The price starts with the type of cleaning you choose.
- Square footage sets the size. The estimate then adjusts for your home's square footage.
- Rooms only when they go beyond the usual. Each size range already covers a typical number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Rooms are only added when your home has more than that, so you're never charged twice for the same space.
- Everything shown line by line. Extras and any recurring discount appear as separate lines, so you can see exactly what makes up your total.
Deep Cleaning starts at a higher base than Standard Cleaning because it takes more time. If you choose a recurring schedule, the discount and how it applies to your visits are shown in your estimate before you request a booking.
Your estimate is based on the information you provide. We review every request, and if anything about the scope or price needs to change, we contact you first.
