Residential cleaning

Move In / Move Out Cleaning

A thorough clean for a vacant house or apartment, including inside cabinets, closets, the oven, and the refrigerator, so it's ready for the next chapter.

Who it's for

Move In / Move Out Cleaning is designed for empty homes. With furniture and belongings gone, our team can reach inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances that are hard to clean when a home is lived in.

It's a good fit for homeowners preparing to sell or hand over keys, renters wrapping up a lease, landlords and property managers between tenants, and anyone who wants a fresh start before moving in. Apartment cleaning and house cleaning are both welcome.

What's included

Our standard checklist for Move In / Move Out Cleaning covers:

  • Everything in Deep Cleaning
  • Inside empty kitchen cabinets and drawers
  • Inside oven and refrigerator
  • Inside closets and empty shelving
  • Baseboards and door frames throughout

Checklists reflect our standard scope; your confirmation email reflects the final agreed scope.

How pricing works

Your price is calculated transparently, and you see it before we ask for any contact information.

  • Cleaning type first. The price starts with the type of cleaning you choose.
  • Square footage sets the size. The estimate then adjusts for your home's square footage.
  • Rooms only when they go beyond the usual. Each size range already covers a typical number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Rooms are only added when your home has more than that, so you're never charged twice for the same space.
  • Everything shown line by line. Extras and any recurring discount appear as separate lines, so you can see exactly what makes up your total.

Move In / Move Out Cleaning is a one-time service, so recurring discounts don't apply. Because the home should be empty, please let us know in your booking notes if furniture or belongings will still be in place.

Your estimate is based on the information you provide. We review every request, and if anything about the scope or price needs to change, we contact you first.
