Who it's for

Our commercial cleaning service is for small offices, studios, retail spaces, and other approved commercial spaces that need reliable cleaning on a set schedule.

Every commercial space is different, so we don't publish a fixed price. Instead, we define the scope with you, then quote it. We do not take on medical facilities, hazardous-waste environments, or industrial sites.

What's included

Every commercial scope is agreed in writing. Typical areas we cover include:

Scope defined together after reviewing your space
Workstations, common areas, and break rooms
Restroom cleaning and restocking (supplies provided by client)
Trash removal and floor care

Checklists reflect our standard scope; your confirmation email reflects the final agreed scope.

Customizing your scope

Commercial scopes are built around your space, so there's no fixed menu of extras. If you need tasks such as interior glass, kitchen or break room appliances, or a different cleaning frequency for certain areas, include them when you share your details and we'll address each one in your written quote.

Not included

For safety and quality reasons, the following are outside the scope of this service:

Medical or hazardous-waste environments
Industrial or post-construction cleanup
Work requiring special certification
Biohazards, bodily fluids, or pest infestations
Mold remediation
Exterior windows or work above safe ladder height
Moving furniture or items heavier than one person can safely lift
Hazardous chemicals or specialty surface restoration

How pricing works

Commercial cleaning is priced by custom quote, not a fixed price. The quote depends on the size and layout of your space, the tasks you need, and how often you'd like service. Here's how the process works:

Share your details. Use the quote request to tell us about your space, the areas to be cleaned, and your preferred schedule. No payment is needed to request a quote.
We review your request. Our team looks over the details and may contact you with questions or to schedule a walkthrough of the space.
Receive a written quote. We send a custom quote describing the agreed scope and price.
Schedule your service. Once you accept the quote, we confirm your start date by email.

If the scope changes later, we'll talk with you and update the quote before any additional work is done.
