Booking status after submitting: Awaiting Confirmation
You may cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the start of your confirmed arrival window. Rescheduling is always free, even with less than 24 hours' notice, subject to staff availability. No cancellation fee applies while your request is pending and unconfirmed, or if RiverLume Cleaning cancels or reschedules. Email cancellations are timed by when we receive them. If you prepay online and RiverLume Cleaning cancels without an alternative you accept, you receive a full refund; eligible customer cancellations are refunded minus only any applicable cancellation fee, to your original payment method.
